Eight Associates is a friendly sustainability consultancy providing expertise and solutions to building owners and design and construction professionals that add intrinsic and commercial value to the built environment. Established in 2008, our team have unparalleled experience providing consultation and advice on building performance analysis, sustainable business strategy, ecology appraisal and enhancement, and environmental assessment. We are accredited professionals for all major assessment methodologies including BREEAM, LEED and the Code for Sustainable Homes. Eight Associates has provided final BREEAM certification for over 500 buildings. Our broad range of clients include owners, designers, developers and managers of estate portfolios, high-end residential property, logistic operation centres, commercial fit-outs, social housing, educational institutions and healthcare facilities. From project inception to completion, our emphasis is on open dialogue, technical expertise and interdisciplinary collaboration. This makes us an invaluable member of each project team and ensures our services are uniquely tailored to suit the needs of every client.
