Harrow Green, specialising in business, IT and international relocation, as well as storage, recycling and reuse services, has now achieved The Planet Mark sustainability certification, which is provided by Planet First in partnership with the Eden Project.
The certification demonstrates Harrow Green’s commitment to sustainability by reducing energy, water and travel consumption and associated carbon emissions. The Planet Mark is an international certification for businesses which demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement in sustainability.
The Planet Mark certification has been achieved based on a carbon footprint measurement of 1,542.7 tCO2e or 7.42 tCO2e per employee. Through The Planet Mark certification, Harrow Green has committed to reducing their carbon footprint by 5% over the coming year.
Harrow Green is displaying its sustainability certificate and results of its activity to the public through the company’s website www.harrowgreen.co.uk and through www.planetfirst.co.uk.

As part of its certification, Harrow Green is also proudly supporting the Eden Project Education programme, to develop educational materials and workshops for school children and young people, as well as industry specific development training programmes, both off-site and at the Eden Project in Cornwall.
